About Your Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our Technology team on a full-time basis. This position involves managing both software development projects and broader departmental technology initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management within a respected and well-established FinTech organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in project management, ideally within online trading or financial services. A strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate effectively across teams.
In this role, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects across the company. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to mature requirements, support the estimation process, manage backlogs of development requests, and assist the sprints of multiple development teams.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage cross-functional projects across all business streams, including Marketing, Sales, Retention, Customer Support, Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams such as IT, DBA, and Operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and develop clear, well-structured, and actionable requirements for development
- Prioritize, plan, and scope projects and tasks in alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Actively participate in sprint ceremonies to ensure deliverables align with business needs and expectations
- Produce high-quality documentation, including current and future state analyses, business requirement documents (BRDs), technical specifications, BPMN diagrams, presentations, and regression test plans
- Oversee and continuously improve task management processes and project delivery procedures within the department
- Coordinate cross-team technology resources—including Mobile, Web, Application, QA, Operations, and DB teams—for the seamless execution of projects
- Lead release management efforts by confirming scope, aligning expectations, identifying dependencies, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technology teams
- Support technology teams in delivering high-quality products on time and driving successful project outcomes
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- A certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Background in Forex, Financial Services, or FinTech
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA or Redmine
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and product owners
- Additional certification in Development or IT Service Management is a plus
